Filming on the Caja del Rio
This past week Pastor Andrew (with the help of daughter Brooke) organized a film crew to interview US Senator Heinrich, Pueblo Governors, the Santa Fe Mayor and County Commissioners as well as community leaders. As a faith leader leading the coalition to protect the Caja and part of EarthKeepers 360, Andrew was interviewed about the spiritual, cultural and historical values of the Caja and why it is worthy of protection.

Service of Justice and Hope

In troubled times, we must speak out. And hear the truth. We are not alone. God makes sure we have each other. Join the Rev. Tom Ulrich of the Presbytery of Santa Fe to hear how we can find hope, do justice, love tenderly, and walk humbly together. The service will be held in our sanctuary and via livestream.
Living Water

This week in Children’s Sunday School, our children will explore the story of the woman at the well (John 4: 5-34). In this story, Jesus speaks with a woman others often avoided and offers her “living water” — a symbol of God’s love that refreshes our hearts and never runs dry.
Parents Night Out

Tattoos on the Heart

In March, the Circle of Friends starts its next book, Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion. The author, Father Gregory Boyle, presents an awe-inspiring series of parables about universal kinship and redemption distilled from his 20 years of running a gang-intervention program in Los Angeles.
Upside-down Blessings for an Upside-down Kin(g)dom

VIDEO. This Sunday, as we look at Jesus’ Sermon on the Plain in Luke’s Gospel, Pastor Ashley has us consider anew the radical love Jesus calls us to exercise as well as Jesus’ “upside-down” blessings for the “upside-down” kin(g)dom of God that Jesus continually invites us to live into.
Easter Sunrise Service Volunteers Needed

Support Children’s Education
Donation Box in Lobby
The Santa Fe Faith Coalition is coordinating donations for two organizations that support children’s education, which includes many immigrant children: SF Public Schools’ Adelante Program and Reading Quest. See their list of needs and drop off whatever you can donate in the box in the church lobby.
Calling all Volunteers… To the Welcome Desk
We need Welcome Desk volunteers during the week and greeters on Sunday mornings. The Welcome Desk needs help Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm and Sundays we need greeters before our worship services.
Food Drive

Bienvenidos distributes food boxes of nonperishable food items augmented by produce purchased from local farmers. The demand for these boxes is still high. Collection boxes are in our lobby, and any nonperishable item (canned goods, pasta, oatmeal, cereals) that you would like to contribute can be deposited there.
Bottle Caps to Benches
Recycling Collection Project
This summer we helped the Santa Fe Rotary Club collect enough plastic bottle caps to create two beautiful park benches for Tierra Nueva Counseling Center. With such great success, we are bringing back the bottle cap drive and this time we will be providing new park benches to counseling centers in Los Alamos.
Baby Hygiene Supplies Needed
Donation Box in Lobby
The Las Cumbres Welcome Center in Santa Fe is in need of infant and toddler diapers, baby wipes and all ages hygiene supplies (shampoo, soap, deodorant, etc.) for their Immigrant and refugee services. First Presbyterian, as a member of the Faith Coalition, is participating in this diaper baby hygiene drive. A donation box is available in the lobby.
