This dynamic midday outdoor service on Christmas Eve offers a look into the history of Christmas and how these origins call us toward renewal, rebirth, and social justice this new year. This child and pet friendly atmosphere also includes holiday cookies, hot drinks, and fellowship around the fire pit.
Through hospitality, ancient Celtic liturgy, intentional preaching, and festive carols this brief midday service will help us recenter, reprioritize and regain perspective on the meaning and essence of Christmas.
We will convene on the Front Triangle at 12:30pm. Andrew Black will serve as the preacher and Jim Toevs as the trumpeter.
