VIDEO. Rayna Dineen, Executive Director of Reading Quest, addressed the Prepared by Men’s Breakfast on March 11 at 8am. Reading Quest provides free literacy tutoring and social emotional support for hundreds of striving readers.

Our guest speaker Rayna Dineen loves teaching and has worked in education for 40 years. She received two master’s degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University, in addition to doctoral work at Colorado State University. Among her many accomplishments, Rayna is the founder and executive director of Reading Quest, a Santa Fe non-profit organization in Santa Fe that provides reading training for teachers, tutors and parents and employs a team of 22 reading specialists who tutor 440 students in reading every week. Rayna also contributed to the writing of Management in the Active Classroom, a highly regarded positive classroom management book for educators. and the EL Education book Learning That Lasts. She was recommended by Sharon Eklund. We request a $2 donation to cover the cost of the food and beverages that will be prepared by the men of the church.
