VIDEO. In our adult education class on Sunday, August 13, Genevieve Clayton from Positive Energy Solar provided a wealth of information on residential solar and associated tax credits. Watch the video to learn what this could mean in your home.

Positive Energy Solar has more than 25 years of experience and has done over 5,000 solar installations. They work on residential as well as commercial sites, and they are currently involved in putting solar on an historic church in Santa Fe.

During the class, Pastor Andrew pointed out that we had posted on our FaceBook page an article in the Wall Street Journal about tax credits available: New Tax Rules Can Save You Thousands on Home Renovations. After the class, Positive Energy sent an article on the new provisions on tax credits for solar and energy upgrades that churches and other non-profits can now take advantage of thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act: A Guide to Monetizing the Inflation Reduction Act’s Clean Energy Tax Credits.
