How are we called toward relationship with God while living a life of social justice, inclusivity, and compassion? Whether you are someone new looking to be in a healthy community or a salty old Christian who’s been at it for years, this movie series is for you!
In a world often filled with hate and disappointment, how do we continue to love and maintain hope? How do I understand pain, suffering and trauma in my life and what does healing and wholeness look like?
These movies will help us work toward an understanding of these issues. Movies start at 6:00pm and are followed by lively discussions. This is open to all. Feel free to bring friends.
Movies will be held here at church either on the rooftop garden or in Pope Hall. The lineup is:
- August 31—Father Stu (Rooftop garden) – Read more.
- September 14—The Shack (Rooftop garden)
- October 12—A Man Called Otto (Rooftop garden)
- November 9—Hacksaw Ridge (Pope Hall)
