Santa Fe Soul Fest, Aug 24 & 25

Santa Fe Soul Festival energizes us once again with their fifth annual Soul Festival. They begin on Saturday August 24th with a Soul Food Panel Discussion at 3:00 in our Pope Hall (free, reservations required). Sunday the 25th at 4:00 brings us An Afternoon of Gospel Music, Song & Dance at the St. Francis Auditorium.

The Saturday panel discussion, “Food for the Soul” features panelists Adrian Miller, author of Soul Food; Chef Ahmed Obo, chef and owner of Jambo Cafe; Julia Leonard (Panel Moderator), Regional Editor of Table Magazine, New Mexico). The discussion is free, but you must reserve a seat at Food for the Soul Food Panel Tickets (then click the Reserve a Spot button).

“An Afternoon of Gospel Music, Song & Dance” at the St. Francis Auditorium in the New Mexico Museum of Art (107 West Palace Avenue, Santa Fe) begins at 4:00pm. It features Gospel Singers Toni Morgan and Friends and Santa Fe Opera Baritone Randell McGee. Purchase tickets at SFSF Concert Tickets.
