What the World Needs Now

Worship, Jan 18, 8:30 & 11am

VIDEO. Swami Vivekananda was a Hindu monk who received a standing ovation from the 7,000 persons attending the Parliament of the World’s Religions in Chicago on September 11, 1893. The Rev Jim Brown will highlight Vivekananda’s message on religious tolerance as something sorely needed in today’s fractured world.

The Scripture for the day is Matthew 5:1-10.

Our 8:30 service is in Pope Hall and the 11:00 service is in the sanctuary and via livestream.

The livestream is available through the Friday following the service, and the message portion is available on our Sunday Message page.

Read more about all our services on our Worship Services page.
