Journey with Pastor Andrew and prepare to be awed by the views and sounds of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. From polar bears to wild caribou, he will take you inside the beauty and mystery of a land that is as wild and untouched as the Garden Eden.
From the extremes of the Tundra to mosquitos that pollinate to a sun that never sets, you will get a whole new sense of why St. Augustine said the first words God spoke, and our first bible, is creation itself.
Join us in the McFarland Chapel or via Zoom.
In late June, Pastor Andrew led a 5-Day Arctic National Wildlife Refuge Trip with four other faith leaders representing diverse traditions across the US (see Pastor Andrew Leads Trip to Arctic). Organized by the American Lands Project, this trip informed about the history, conservation efforts and status, and current issues facing the Arctic Refuge and public lands in America’s Arctic as a whole. Please join us as Pastor Andrew shares his experiences.
