Dr. Simesha McEachern, President Elect of Santa Fe NAACP, delivered a message on the celebration of change at our third annual Watch Night service, held Jan 1, which also featured a special litany and spirituals.

Drs. Booker and Madeleine Wright lead the liturgy with the Emancipation Day (January 1) Litany from the African American Heritage Hymnal, #53. The scripture reading was Isaiah 60: 1-2,20.

Dr. McEachern, in her sermon titled “Good Morning,” exhorts us to “not let the predictable rob us of the possible.”
