Lin Raymond has performed many recitals both as soloist and accompanist. As music director of the Unitarian Church in Charleston (SC; 2006-2013) he helped found the Candlelight Concert series (helping to raise funds for music education in local public schools) as well as performing on piano and organ for services and concerts, and directing the Chancel Choir. In Santa Fe he was the Music Director of The United Church of Santa Fe (1996-2004), accompanied various choral groups (including Santa Fe Community College Choir and Santa Fe Desert Chorale), and accompanied for the Santa Fe Opera Mosaics. Also, he was a first-place winner in the National Kabalevsky/Bartok Competition in 1986 (now the Bartok-Kabalevsky-Prokofiev International Piano Competition). Currently he is office administrator at The United Church of Santa Fe and enjoys making music for the fun of it.
