First Presbyterian Church helps support the following regional organizations, which are among many organizations that the church supports in the city of Santa Fe, the region, the country, and internationally.

Lutheran Advocacy Ministry – New Mexico

Lutheran Advocacy Ministry- New Mexico is our advocate for justice in public policy with an emphasis on poverty and hunger, homelessness, health care, the death penalty, and immigration. It speaks on behalf of those with little or no political or economic power and supports ecumenical partners in the ministry of advocacy through the New Mexico Legislature.

NAACP

In 2016, the church became a lifetime member of the Santa Fe Branch of the NAACP.

New Mexicans to Prevent Gun ViolenceIMG_0902

This organization focuses on the safety of children, families, and communities, working to prevent gun violence in New Mexico. It works through grass roots mobilization to promote reasonable gun laws, as well to educate the public about gun safety and the high emotional and financial costs of gun-related violence against children and adults.  It presents programs in the public schools and in community settings.

New Mexico Interfaith Power and Light engages faith communities and individuals in caring for the earth and responding to climate change.
