Santa Fe Flute Choir

TGIF, Feb 27, 5:30pm

Enjoy the enchanting sounds of our city’s flute choir, as we welcome the Santa Fe Flute Choir to our Friday concert as they perform music by a number of different composers. Doors to the sanctuary open at 5:15pm and the concert begins at 5:30pm. The concert is free with donations accepted.

The Santa Fe Flutes, a community ensemble of high-performing musicians, was founded in 2019 by Melissa Colgin Abeln. The flutists perform on piccolo, C-flute, Alto and Bass flutes. Bass clarinetist, Bob Miller, provides us with a heftier bass sound. The Santa Fe Flutes performs locally for churches, hospitals, Santa Fe Public Library-Southside, festive occasions, and assisted-living residences.
