David Solem

David Solem was born and raised in Washington, DC, and has a Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from The Peabody Conservatory of Music, where he studied organ, harpsichord, and piano. He is currently assistant organist for First Presbyterian Church (Santa Fe), and an active performer in the northern New Mexico area. He has 30 years of experience in liturgical music and has taught applied music and choral arts at Loyola University Chicago. He is also a psychotherapist in private practice in the Santa Fe area. In his spare time he provides sensitive and creative support as a keyboard accompanist.
