Mission & Social Justice Survey
The new administration in Washington DC has cut and frozen funding to social service agencies across the country, forcing many to curtail services, reduce staff, or even consider closing. This has left countless persons without support or assistance, especially those in marginalized communities who are now fearful. Tell us your priorities.
To address the many needs in Santa Fe and New Mexico, as well as supporting the national and international mission of the Presbyterian Church, the Committee for Mission and Social Justice is conducting a survey of the priorities and interests of the congregation on issues ranging from domestic violence, homelessness and hunger, mental health, gun violence, LBGTQ+ and reproductive care, immigration and many others.
The results of the survey, which will run through April 5th, will be used to prioritize MSJ’s funding and work with social service organizations and non-profits. Those interested in volunteering are asked to provide their contact details, as MSJ is working to develop a list of volunteer opportunities to be available in the coming weeks.
The survey should take no more than 3 to 5 minutes to complete. Access the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MSJ2025. You can also pick up a paper copy of the survey at the church.
We very much want to hear from you.
