Pastor Andrew and EarthKeeper’s Veterans Fishing Program has been featured in a new film about protecting America’s Public Lands. Launched last week by the The Wilderness Society, the film is the first in the series, “Our Common Ground.” This film showcases the power and beauty of nine national monuments as see through the eyes of people with deep connections to them.

On April 1st the Community program of KSWV broadcast a recent interview with Pastor Andrew and Carmichael Dominguez of The Caja Del Rio Coalition 2026. Pastor Andrew gives a meaningful description of our Easter Sunrise Service and shares the significance of the work to protect the Caja.

This past week Pastor Andrew (with the help of daughter Brooke) organized a film crew to interview US Senator Heinrich, Pueblo Governors, the Santa Fe Mayor and County Commissioners as well as community leaders. As a faith leader leading the coalition to protect the Caja and part of EarthKeepers 360, Andrew was interviewed about the spiritual, cultural and historical values of the Caja and why it is worthy of protection.

Looking Forward to Future Trips
Last week, EarthKeepers 360 hosted a three-day veterans’ fly fishing retreat on the world-renowned San Juan River Quality Waters near Navajo Dam, New Mexico. Five veterans and three faith leaders gathered for time on the river and an opportunity to step away from the pressures of daily life, build community, and experience the quiet healing that comes from being outdoors.

Pastor Andrew invites you to attend a benefit and fundraiser for the National Wildlife Federation’s Tribal Team that he is hosting on November 13th. Tribes are concerned about the sovereignty f their sacred lands, water and wildlife. He has a great interactive program lined up on the Team’s transformative work with Tribes across the nation.
