VIDEO. While almost everyone has heard of the Good Samaritan parable, most don’t realize the radical implications Jesus had in mind. This parable is yet another call to life altering discipleship that Jesus constantly taught. Join us as the Rev. Dr. John Nelsen explores not only how it affects you, but millions of others.

The scriptures for the day are Psalm 82 and Luke 10:25-37. Our 8:30 service is on the rooftop deck and our 11:00 service is in the sanctuary and via livestream.

Rev. Dr. John Nelsen retired in 2022 as pastor of University Presbyterian Church in El Paso and currently serves as Partner Coordinator for Tres Rios Presbytery Border Ministry. Dr. Nelsen will also be speaking at our adult education class between services.
