The Navajo Quilt Project

Pop-Up Event, Patio, Aug 23, 10am-1pm

We are conducting a Navajo Quilting Pop-Up on Aug 23, 10am-1pm, to collect sewing equipment, materials, and fabric for Navajo quilters to use to make quilts for needy elders in their communities. Our collection area for cars passing by will be on the Grant Ave patio. We will also accept finished quilts and checks to FPC for "Navajo Quilting Project."

Brave Like David

Children & Youth, Aug 17, 8:30 & 11am

This week our children and youth look at the story of David and Goliath (1 Samuel 17:1-58). With God’s help, we can be brave, even when things seem scary or too big. The children and youth begin in our worship service(s), and after receiving a blessing, they leave for their activities.
