The New Mexico Immigrant Law Center (NMILC) Deportation Defense Team presents “Current Landscape of Immigrant Detention in New Mexico” this Sunday at United Church. They focus on the ongoing legal battles, detention conditions, and advocacy efforts surrounding New Mexico’s three US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities.

The program will also feature Volunteers for Immigrants in Detention, Albuquerque (VIDA) giving updates along with the lawyers supporting the cases.
