Love Like Jesus

Children & Youth, Aug 30, 8:30 & 11am

This Sunday, our children will explore Romans 12:9–21, a wonderful lesson about what it means to show genuine love to others. Paul reminds us that Christian love is more than simply saying kind words—it is something we put into action every day.

The children will learn about loving one another, helping those in need, being patient, forgiving others, and choosing kindness even when someone treats us poorly. One of the most powerful lessons from this passage is Paul’s encouragement to “overcome evil with good.”

As we study this Scripture together, we hope our children will discover practical ways to live out God’s love at home, at school, and with their friends. May they learn that even small acts of kindness can reflect the love of Christ and make a difference in the lives of others.

We look forward to learning, growing, and practicing God’s love together this Sunday!

The children’s program begins in the worship service, and after receiving a blessing, the children leave for their activities.
