Adult Education: Love Must Win Series
An informing three-part series led by Tony Arnold. Explore what Pride is, why we celebrate it, and what it has to do with the church. Come curious, leave informed and inspired. Tony is an award-winning teacher and scholar, with a Doctor of Jurisprudence, with Distinction from Stanford University. He is active in both LGBTQIA+ issues nationally and is a Deacon in our church.
Saturday, June 27
Pride Festival
- 10:00 am — Gather at the Lamy Building, 413 Old Santa Fe Trail. Park in the PERA public parking lot. Walk to the Plaza with our Church crew. Surround our extra-cool little convertible, distribute packages of fishies as our gesture of love. Join in the fun!
- 9:00 am – 4:00 pm — Staff our booth in teams of two in one-hour shifts.
- 9:00 am – 4:00 pm — Join the fun on the Plaza. Wear your Love Wins! t-shirt. Meet and Greet.
Attend “Existence is Resistance: A Pride Concert”
A night of music, joy & pride
Saturday, June 20 at 7:30pm at The Lensic
