A graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music (B.M. 2007), Michael Brazile has focused his harpsichord career on the neglected 17th-century French lute and harpsichord repertoire. In 2015, he launched Pieces for a Private Place to formally explore this repertoire in concert, writing and recording. With fellow harpsichordist Lee Ridgway, he made his Boston Early Music Festival debut in 2017 with a Fringe Concert. In 2018, he made his European debut, playing recitals with harpsichordist Tom O Driscoeil in Dublin and Cork, Ireland A. He gives harpsichord recitals bi-annually in Brookline, MA and makes his home now in Cambridge, MA.
