Adult Ed, Nov 16 & 23, 9:45am
VIDEO. Absorbing a difficult diagnosis, making a transition from working to retirement, loss of a loved one? These are times when we look to solutions that may not be readily available. The Adult Ed is offering a two-class workshop based on the five-day workshop that Jeannie Bowman, Spiritual Director, will conduct at Ghost Ranch the first week in December.
The class is held in the McFarland Chapel and on Zoom.
Together, we will explore the pathways, by choice or by default, that have brought us to this moment in time, and how to navigate the more difficult ones while appreciating those which are easily navigated.
As we, here at First Presbyterian Church Santa Fe, have begun the process of grieving the loss of our pastor of many years while seeking to find a new shepherd for our congregation, we will examine some practical and useful strategies for coping with the present, spiritual practices for releasing and healing the past, and recognizing the in-between times. Supporting these approaches may be helpful in maneuvering successful passage through transitions.
Join Jeannie at 9:45 on November 16 and 23 for Navigating Paths of Transition in the McFarland Chapel.
