On Wednesday, October 14th at 6pm FPC will host a Service of Justice, Hope, and Faithfulness to address the political realities in our nation. As our country faces threats to our democracy, ongoing environmental challenges, global conflicts, and growing pressures on election integrity, Rev Tom Ulrich leads us in this act of solidarity that promotes the common good for all humanity.

This will be a service

where our hymns articulate the truth of the gospel,
where our prayers of love, dignity, and compassion resonate across the earth’s landscape,
and where we participate in a liturgy of life that evokes a new reality for our world.

Because we believe that justice is a sacred calling, all people are invited to come together in faith and unity, and, with the Old Testament figure Joshua, “choose this day whom we will serve.” We hope that you will join us for this time of worship.

For those who cannot attend in person, we will also have this service available via livestream.

This continues the monthly Presbytery of Santa Fe special services that address political issues of our day and hopes to engage in the ministry of connecting faith and politics for the common good, and to address the issues that are present in the public square.
