With the changes in our pastoral leadership coming, the Session wants to hear from you. For the next few Sundays (April 27, May 11 & 18), we will have “listening sessions” at the Adult Ed hour at 9:45 in McFarland Chapel and on Zoom. What is your vision for our church? David Solem will facilitate our first listening session on April 27th. Think boldly and bring your ideas!

Our current vision is ”Growing the Beloved Community.” We actively engage society to nurture lives, cherish creation, and heal the world. Do you see this changing in the future? How? What is our vision for the church, and could this change?  Think boldly and imaginatively!

We just finished a series in Adult Ed with the book by John Philip Newell, The Great Search.  Many persons are searching for something different, perhaps a community to belong to; or they may be searching for a more spiritual life or experience; or they may wish to reconnect with a church after having dropped out.

What do we want our church TO BE  in the next 5 years?  And what should we as the entire church DO in the next few years.
