Fundraiser, Feb 12, 4-6pm

Westminster Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church of Santa Fe are co-hosting a fundraising event for the Afghan Scout Relief Fund (ASRF).  Appetizers for the event will be catered by Kohinoor Catering and the women of the Afghan Women’s Center in Santa Fe and will be held at our church in Pope Hall.

Based in Taos, NM, the ASRF is actively rescuing Afghan girl scouts stranded in Afghanistan and flying them to schools in the US.  The program, created and managed by CEO Steve Gates and his family, operates in secret without the knowledge of the Taliban government.

The ASRF has been offered a matching donation up to $50,000 for any other donations made to ASRF by 15 February 2024.
