First Sunday Luncheon

Please join our New Year's Celebration on Sunday. Traditional New Mexico New Year's foods blend Hispanic heritage and Southwestern tastes, often with pork for abundance, green chile for spice, and black-eyed peas for luck. We will be serving posole, tamales, and green chili stew. Please bring your favorite traditional New Year’s side dish, bread or dessert to share!

Social Advocacy and Our Church

Discussions Dec 7 & 8

What does it mean to be faithful to our values in today’s world? What role should our church play in advocating for policies that support what we believe are the teachings of Jesus? To attempt to answer these questions, we held a church-wide discussion over lunch. For those not able to attend we held another discussion via Zoom on Monday evening, December 8th. People were invited to bring their thoughts, concerns, fears, and convictions.
