Love Matters Most

On Sunday August 28, at our adult education class, Pamela McClanahan shared moving stories and videos about “Love Matters Most,” a project in Kenya, which saves lives, restores families, and prevents orphans. Consider a  donation to this important work.

Love Matters Most provides food, medicine, compassionate urgent health care until people are able to resume care for themselves and their families.  Watch the video of the adult education class:

A 5th generation northern Californian, Pamela McClanahan, Executive Director of Love Matters Most, first visited Kenya in 2010. Since then she has been passionate about serving those who’ve been marginalized by society and left alone, vulnerable and without hope. She has seen firsthand how love, even more than medicine or food, is what is needed most. In 2018, some friends from Kenya reached out desperate for a way they could continue to offer Care & Compassion to the most vulnerable in their communities. Pamela and her husband felt called to make it happen.
